Appointments Scheduled:

When possible, all patients will be seen by
appointment. Although we strive to stay on schedule, as with any physicians,
emergencies and patients with complex problems may cause delays. When this
occurs, we request your patience and understanding, but if you are unable to
wait we will be happy to reschedule your appointment for a more convenient
time.
Canceling Appointments:
If you are unable to
keep your appointment or will be unavoidable delayed, please notify our office
as soon as possible. This will allow us to better serve all of our patients.
Please cancel at least 48 hours in advance when
possible.
Fees:
Payment is expected at the time of
service (this includes your co-pay or deductible). An itemization of the charges
for each visit will be provided. If you have a problem concerning your account,
please notify our business office.
Emergencies:
We
will make every effort to see patients requiring urgent treatment as soon as
possible. Our answering service can be reached after business hours by calling
